Position Title: Maintenance & Service Manager (Chiller / ACMV)
Working Location: Tuas
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 8.30AM – 5.30PM, Sat 8.30AM – 12.30PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,000 + AWS + Bonus + Transport Reimbursement + Mobile Allowance
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all maintenance and servicing activities for chiller systems, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Lead and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of chiller systems
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with chillers, implementing effective repair solutions to maintain optimal system performance
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on maintenance activities and addressing any concerns or queries
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
