Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years experience with a degree, or 10 years with a diploma in engineering.
- Managerial experience and LEW license are advantages.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and auditing experience required.

- Plan and manage maintenance activities within the facility.
- Ensure quality and safety standards for maintenance work.

Job Requirement
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field; or
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience in Environment, Health, and Safety management
- Managerial experience is an advantage
- Experience in people management
- Having a LEW license is an advantage; at minimum, a basic understanding of electrical systems is required.
- Knowledge of ISO Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and auditing experience
- Experience in Risk Assessment and FMEA
- Ability to use AutoCAD for updating drawings
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Job Responsibilities
Primary tasks
- Lead the Maintenance Section of the Technical Department
- Lead the company's Environment, Health, and Safety activities
- Plan and manage maintenance activities within the company's facility
- Maintain and update all technical drawings within the department
- Oversee electrical works for the company
- Ensure quality and safety standards for maintenance work
- Review Risk Assessments and FMEA for maintenance activities
- Manage the budget for the Maintenance Section
- Participate in internal and third-party audits
Job Conditions
- Work at the office on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Work outside regular hours when required
- Permanent position with a minimum probation period of 6 months
