Qualifications

Job Requirement

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field; or
• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience in Environment, Health, and Safety management
• Managerial experience is an advantage
• Experience in people management
• Having a LEW license is an advantage; at minimum, a basic understanding of electrical systems is required.
• Knowledge of ISO Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and auditing experience
• Experience in Risk Assessment and FMEA
• Ability to use AutoCAD for updating drawings
• Good spoken and written English skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Job Responsibilities

Primary tasks

• Lead the Maintenance Section of the Technical Department
• Lead the company's Environment, Health, and Safety activities
• Plan and manage maintenance activities within the company's facility
• Maintain and update all technical drawings within the department
• Oversee electrical works for the company
• Ensure quality and safety standards for maintenance work
• Review Risk Assessments and FMEA for maintenance activities
• Manage the budget for the Maintenance Section
• Participate in internal and third-party audits

Job Conditions

• Work at the office on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Work outside regular hours when required
• Permanent position with a minimum probation period of 6 months
• Uniform provided
• Potential future role assignments
