Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineer to develop and prepare Integrated Logistics Support deliverables for ship maintenance programmes.

You will support planning, technical documentation, and logistics data while coordinating with internal teams, OEMs, vendors, and customers. The role involves maintenance planning, updating engineering documentation, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marine, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in maintenance planning, technical documentation, or engineering support is advantageous.
• Experience from marine, manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance sectors encouraged.
• Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) methodology is a plus.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, spare parts management, or engineering documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) deliverables for ship maintenance programmes in accordance with project and customer requirements.
• Support the planning and implementation of ILS activities, including technical documentation, training materials, and logistics data.
• Assist in spare parts planning, procurement coordination, and logistics arrangements to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance plans, schedules, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, vendors, and customers to support maintenance activities.
• Review maintenance data, technical manuals, and engineering specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support lifecycle maintenance planning, reliability improvement initiatives, and continuous process enhancements.
• Ensure all documentation, reports, and deliverables comply with project requirements and quality standards.
