Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable maintenance planner to develop and support Integrated Logistics Support deliverables for ship maintenance programmes, ensuring compliance with project and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marine, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in maintenance planning, technical documentation, engineering support, or a related field is an advantage.
• Candidates from marine, manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance industries are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) methodology is a plus.
• Familiarity with maintenance planning, spare parts management, or engineering documentation is preferred.
• Comfortable with technical documentation, planning, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) deliverables for ship maintenance programmes.
• Support the planning and implementation of ILS activities, including technical documentation, training materials, and logistics data.
• Assist in spare parts planning, procurement coordination, and logistics arrangements to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance plans, schedules, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, vendors, and customers to support maintenance activities.
• Review maintenance data, technical manuals, and engineering specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support lifecycle maintenance planning, reliability improvement initiatives, and continuous process enhancements.
• Ensure all documentation, reports, and deliverables comply with project requirements and quality standards.
