Job description

Position Description

PPC is responsible for all planning activities related to airframe maintenance projects at FSA. Main activities are the preparation of the work packages, control of task cards, provision of direct support to the production area, master scheduling, manpower planning, and working with the commercial department on accurate forecasting. To enable the production department to carry out heavy maintenance effectively and efficiently on Fokker ,ATR and Embraer aircraft.

Part A - Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

In this position, you are responsible for the quality of the work packages. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Timely upload of task cards into the ERP system
• Ordering of the required parts necessary to carry out the inspections
• Identification and availability check of required tools
• Correct printing and scheduling of task cards
• Issuing the correct supporting documentation needed by the production team to carry out the maintenance checks efficiently
• Sequenced work packs
• Documentation and revision control with OEM and Airline Operators
• Hangar and Production Control Support

Part B - Required Experience, Competencies & Qualifications

  • Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical/Mechatronics, Manufacturing/Production, Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline.

  • Proven experience working in maintenance planning of airframe maintenance projects.

  • Experience working in heavy maintenance is preferred

  • Technical background and ability to read and understand technical documentation such as SB’s, STC’s, AD’s, SRM’s, EO’s, MPD, etc

  • Fluent in MS Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven analytical skills, including data analysis and interpretation

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Enthusiastic, Assertive, and proactive personality

  • Ability to work systematically and diligently

  • Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
