Reliable compliance with requirements for quality, environmental, occupational health, safety, and welfare whilst performing duties on behalf of the company.
Maintaining the Planned Maintenance Schedule (PMS) for all Diving equipment and other supporting equipment.
Maintaining related IMCA documents for diving systems, such as D023 and D040, to ensure all Company certificates are kept up to date and valid.
Issuing, tracking, and recording the movement of all equipment and consumables drawn daily and on project sites.
Preparing documents related to pre-mobilization and pre-demobilization activities.
Distributing Packing Lists and Proforma Invoices to relevant parties for customs/yard clearance.
Coordinating major maintenance and repairs of mechanical and electrical systems as required.
Coordinating with the Asset Manager / Dive System Tech Authority to raise Purchase Requests (PRs) when necessary.
Coordinating with external providers on relevant matters and updating the Asset Manager / Dive System Tech Authority on a regular basis.
Participating in administrative duties including creating periodic reports, maintaining logs and records, general maintenance, and compiling Repair Upgrade Request forms (MRUs) for monthly job summaries.
Assisting the Operations Manager and Diving Supervisor regarding project equipment and logistics support.
Assist the QA / QC Manager with documentation in relation to the Integrated Management System and Planned Maintenance System.
