Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore is seeking an Inventory/Maintenance Support to handle inventory control, data entry of maintenance work orders and daily time sheets. You will perform price comparisons, manage requisitions, and create emergency work orders while upholding GMP standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in inventory management, basic computer skills, and the ability to work flexible hours in a cold environment with JDE-based systems. HS Diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of inventory management experience.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of maintenance and inventory principles.
• Able to type 30-40 wpm.
• Familiarity with JDE inventory management system.
• Create, write and generate ROP & ROQ Reqs.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of maintenance work orders and daily time sheets.
• Inventory management and control, including receiving goods, cycle counts, and stocking.
• Interact with requisitioners to compare prices and obtain best value.
• Create emergency work orders when needed.
• Keep track of maintenance inventory and comply with safety/GMP requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisor/manager.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION

• Interact with maintenance requisitioner by conducting price comparisons, looking for the best possible price
• Inventory management and control, to include receiving ordered goods, cycle counts, and placing in inventory
• Data entry of maintenance work order and daily time sheets
• Create emergency work orders
• Keep track of maintenance inventory
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Follow all Food Safety Requirements and GMPs as applicable to this position.
• Complete all other tasks or assignments as directed by supervisor/manager.

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in a cold environment with an average temperature of 34 degrees F. Concentrated chlorine and concealed ammonia is present. Work surfaces and floors are wet. Employees are required to wear approved shoes and protective equipment. Constant standing on a concrete floor, reaching, and repetitive hand movements will be required. Ability to use hands and fingers to handle tools. Ability to climb ladders and stairs and work at heights. Ability to lift up to an excess of 50 lbs. Ability to work in closed proximities. Ability to bend at the waist, crouching, bending, stooping while working close to the ground.
  

WORK HOUR REQUIREMENT
