Job Summary:

• To assist the Chief Engineer to organize and carry out department’s preventive / breakdown maintenance.
• To check on work performed to ensure it is in accordance to the established schedule.
• To prepare monthly duty roster for staff.
• To ensure proper inventory control of spare parts and material.
• To supervise contractors within the hotel and ensure work is carried out on time and to specified standards.
• To plan, schedule and co-ordinate all preventive / breakdown maintenance and repair work.
• To participate in fire-fighting and safety exercise.
