We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing/Maintenance Engineer (Aerospace).
In this role, you will be responsible for the production, machining, and maintenance of aerospace engine components, ensuring precision, compliance, and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee manufacturing and machining processes for aerospace engine components, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and aerospace standards.
Perform CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspections and interpret results to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) to assess part specifications and ensure precision engineering.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on aircraft engines and components.
Implement process improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing and maintenance issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and production engineers.
Ensure adherence to FAA, EASA, and industry safety standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Strong knowledge of CMM machining, GD&T, and precision measurement tools.
Experience in First Article Inspection (FAI) and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is a plus.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
