Job Scope:

  • Lead and manage maintenance operations for either fire protection systems or petroleum/oil industry equipment.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure system reliability and safety.
  • Oversee inspections, testing, and servicing of fire protection equipment (sprinklers, alarms, pumps) or petroleum plant machinery (pumps, compressors, valves).
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., SCDF, NFPA, HSE).
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors for timely project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of maintenance activities and compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance system performance.
  • Support emergency maintenance and troubleshooting as required.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance management experience in either fire protection systems or petroleum/oil industry.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety standards, and regulatory compliance relevant to the chosen area.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams and contractors effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
