THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Engineers support internal and external manufacturing operations to remain operational, continuously improve and innovate. With our extensive range of facilities and environments, our Engineers have opportunities across many diverse areas including Biological, Chemical, Automation, Capital Projects, Maintenance, Safety, Process Development, Technical Services, Utilities and Validation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Assist Lead Engineers to complete work activities timely and effectively with GMP requirements.
• Shall have the experience in the operation & maintenance of water systems such as Purified Water Systems, Water for Injection Systems & Pure Steam systems.
• Shall coordinate with maintenance planner and ensure preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance for equipment are carried out by technicians per plan.
• Shall coordinate with vendor for the execution of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
• Experience in Calibration will be an additional advantage.
• Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance module will be an additional advantage.
• Perform troubleshooting of the equipment.
• Perform EHS actions identified during GEMBA walkdown, PHA etc.
• Perform CAPAs pertaining to QN and Audits.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics with 6 years’ experience or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics with min 3 years’ experience.
This is a Career Conversion Program (CCP for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Professionals (Place-and-Train) under Workforce Singapore (WSG) and candidates must meet the following criteria:
