Job description

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to ensure the optimal operation of equipment, and facility systems, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. You will diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain smooth operations. You will also maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in compliance with company policies and industry standards. Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures in maintenance operations will be a key part of your role.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities for equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, providing timely and effective solutions.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and lifespan.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and safety to support smooth operational workflows.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation to comply with company policies and industry standards.

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrade projects of plant equipment and systems.

• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies in maintenance operations.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Min 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering or related technical roles in manufacturing/industrial settings.

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, instrumentation, and control.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize urgent maintenance needs.

• Familiarity with CMMS and basic data analysis preferred.
