Maintenance Engineer (Facility)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in related field; or
• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
• Having a LEW license is an added advantage. Minimally must have basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Understand Risk Assessment and FMEA.
• Able to use auto-CAD is an added advantage.
• Have knowledge in Environment, Health and Safety issues.
• Minimally able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of five years’ experience in similar industry.
• Routine Inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
