To be part of the Operations and Support team in the Defence sector ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the system.

Be Part of Our Success

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting works of integrated systems consisting of electrical, mechanical, and electronic subsystems in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Provide technical support and on-site assistance for system issues.
  • Participate in pre-sale support.
  • Conduct bench diagnostics, evaluation, and repair of system equipment.
  • Support project management activities, including attending project meetings with customers and managing work packages.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, manuals, and reports.
  • Prepare technical training materials and conduct training sessions for team/customers/end-users.

Qualities We Value

  • At least 5 years of maintenance/operating experience on the SATCOM system.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Able to handle and operate test equipment like signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate the team.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, management, and customers.
  • Valid Class 3 driving licence would be advantageous.
  • Working location is in Ang Mo Kio.
  • Singaporeans Only.
