Job description

Job Summary:

• Basic up to $5,000

• Mon- Fri, 8am - 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems and appliances within the limits of the electrical code or under the supervision of a journeyman building engineer.

• Provide technical expertise and competence in areas such as painting, general maintenance, and repairs of mechanical equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

• Assist the team with work orders and emergencies by working hands-on.

• Perform routine janitorial duties, replace HVAC filters, light bulbs, and ballasts.

• Respond quickly to unscheduled emergency maintenance tasks during and after scheduled work hours.

• Manage the Department Facilities Maintenance System.

• Compose and comprehend basic correspondence with customers, coworkers, and managers.

• Accurately record and report daily work duties in a clear and complete manner, including the submission of completed work orders at the end of every shift.

• Ensures compliance with environmental and safety procedures and requirements.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
