Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to breakdowns, emergencies, and production disruptions to keep operations running smoothly.

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on industrial machines such as CNC lathe, milling, grinding machines, automation systems, furnaces, and plating equipment.

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs and techniques to keep equipment in optimal condition.

• Collaborate with OEMs, contractors, and machine suppliers for servicing, calibration, and repairs.

• Oversee installation and commissioning of new production machines and facility equipment.

• Comply with EH&S policies and safety procedures, including risk assessments and proper PPE usage.

• Accurately document maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

• Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to drive equipment reliability and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.

• Experience working with industrial equipment including CNC machines, automation systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

• Familiarity with control systems like Siemens, Fanuc, and Okuma is a plus.

• Knowledge of special process equipment such as furnaces and plating systems is desirable.

• Strong skills in interpreting schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting tools.

• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

• Experience with TPM principles, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance procedures.
