Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an engineer to maintain advanced weapon systems onboard surface vessels, including electro-optic sensors, gun fire control systems, and fire control radars.

The role requires hands-on maintenance in demanding maritime environments. You will collaborate with engineers, service delivery managers, and project managers to ensure high-quality maintenance services and top readiness of critical naval platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining naval weapon systems onboard surface vessels.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of complex electro-optic and radar subsystems.
• Ability to perform installation/removal at height and in shipyard environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced weapon systems onboard surface vessels to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers and Project Managers to ensure quality maintenance.
• Work with Operations Manager to keep systems in peak readiness.
• Perform defect troubleshooting on weapon systems onboard ships, workshops, and yards.
• Conduct installation/removal work for equipment/systems at height.
• Refurbish electronics units and assemblies as required.

Maintaining Advanced Weapon Systems onboard Surface Vessels, including Electro-Optic Systems, Gun Fire Control Systems, and Fire Control Radars

Will collaborate closely with engineers, Service Delivery Managers, and Project Managers to ensure high-quality maintenance services for our customers

Work with the Operations Manager to upkeep the systems onboard the naval platforms at the highest state of availability and readiness.

Perform weapon systems maintenance tasks onboard vessels, workshop, and shipyards.

Perform defect troubleshooting on weapon systems.

Perform working at height conducting installation/removal work for equipment/systems.

Perform refurbishment of electronics unit/assemblies.
