Job summary

BRC Asia Limited in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy manufacturing plant equipment. You will plan maintenance activities and coordinate with suppliers to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering, 2–3 years in heavy manufacturing, strong IPC/PLC knowledge, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in automation systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance to minimize production downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of plant machinery and equipment.
• Develop, plan, and schedule maintenance activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
• Manage spare parts inventory effectively to ensure the availability of critical components and prevent operational delays.
• Coordinate and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service providers for technical support, spare parts procurement, and maintenance services.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, maintenance procedures, and company policies.

• Ability to perform effectivelyunder pressure and respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Willing to work 5.5 days perweek and perform overtime when operational requirements demand.
• Possession of a valid drivinglicense is preferred.
