Maintenance Deputy Manager (Mechanical Process Plant)

Looking for a Deputy Manager to take on a Maintenance Plant in Brunei.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 12 years maintenance experience in downstream petrochemical or oil and gas process plants.
3. Minimum 3 years in a similar position managing a team of process plant Maintenance Engineers, Supervisors, Foreman, and Technicians of rotating and static equipment.
4. Exposure in troubleshooting & analytical skills in rotating equipment, such as centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, reciprocating/centrifugal/screw compressors, blowers, fans, turbines, reactors, agitators, sundyne pumps, etc.
5. Exposure in static equipment like PSVs, valves, pipelines, reactors, columns, tanks, and heat exchangers.
6. Good exposure and understanding of CMMS; hands-on knowledge of CMMS.
7. Good experience in developing maintenance work packs & procedures; drafting preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance activities for above static and rotating equipment.
8. Good exposure to Reliability & Root Cause Analysis tools is an added advantage.
9. Implement & accomplish KPIs for the Mechanical Team.
10. Develop, implement & execute client's maintenance management requirements, HSE procedures, Quality procedures & comply with ISO requirements.
11. Resident of Brunei.
