Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales and operations within the maintenance department.

• Develop maintenance schedules and delegate tasks effectively to team members.

• Conduct regular site visits to clients for technical requests and follow-up with proposals.

• Respond to RFQs/Tenders, prepare and submit proposals to secure contracts.

• Develop and manage maintenance budgets; oversee hiring and staffing processes.

• Inspire and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.

• Ensure compliance with statutory HSE regulations and contractual obligations.

• Handle any additional tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 5-10 years’ experience as a department manager in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) service and maintenance, particularly in commercial and industrial buildings.

• Strong knowledge of ACMV operations and maintenance.

• Familiarity with local codes and safety regulations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders.

• Proven ability to lead engineering and technical teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.

Working hour: 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days’ work week)
