1. JOB SUMMARY (General Nature / Objectives of the Job)

We are looking for Maintenance Coordinators to support and coordinate the daily maintenance operations of our construction and facilities management projects. The role will be based on-site during office hours, with a requirement to be contactable and able to respond promptly to incidents when necessary.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
  • Coordinate maintenance works across building systems (MEP: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
  • Respond to maintenance-related incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and service providers to carry out repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain proper documentation of maintenance works, incident reports, and asset registers.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health standards.
  • Support audits and inspections, and follow up on corrective actions.

9. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience after obtaining the required diploma.
  • Experience in coordinating maintenance for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature (preferably within construction or building operations).
  • Candidates with experience in both corrective and preventive maintenance will be preferred.
