The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in engineering and has 2–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with automation technologies are essential. This role involves coordination with external vendors and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs and automated systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks such as TPM or 5S.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance inspections and corrective actions on systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement repairs or replacements.
• Evaluate systems and propose enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Participate in planning and executing engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
• Liaise with external service providers for maintenance support.
