Role Overview:

1. Lead the maintenance teams to carry out calibration, breakdown repairs and modification of projects.
2. Drive continuous machine and procedure improvement program.
3. Ensure Breakdown Maintenance records and procedures are well maintained and revise as applicable.
4. Ensure proper maintenance of all documentation & instructions pertaining to equipment, including preparing work instruction and procedure for calibration, repair, and troubleshooting.
5. Schedule and execute Daily Breakdown Maintenance for production/plant equipment.
6. Liaise with external vendors to carry out on facilities equipment service & repair.
7. Analyze MTBF on equipment spare reliability & substitute for obsolete spare parts.
8. Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for new maintenance technicians.

- ITE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical or industry relevant technical training.
