Open Positions:

Placement / Case Executive (Full-Time/Part-Time/Work-from-Home Hybrid)

• Interview & screen domestic helpers
• Match profiles to employer needs
• Coordinate documentation, onboarding & handover
• Follow-up after placement to ensure smooth settling

2) Recruitment & Operations Coordinator (Full-Time)

• Manage candidate pipeline + scheduling
• Liaise with overseas partners
• Track applications, renewals, and compliance checklists
• Support day-to-day ops and customer updates

What We’re Looking For:

• CEI (Basic) Certificate
• Good communication + patient, service-minded attitude
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Calls and Walk-Ins
• Able to handle multiple cases calmly
• Experience in maid agency / recruitment is a plus (training provided)
