Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled macOS engineer to build and ship native macOS applications for design production. You will work across a stack that includes Swift, SwiftUI, AVFoundation, and Python tooling, collaborating with design stakeholders and creative teams.

You will maintain, refactor and extend tools, prototype new approaches, and contribute to automation and integrations that streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping native macOS applications.
• Proficiency with Swift, SwiftUI, and modern concurrency.
• Experience with Xcode build and release lifecycle.
• Experience with AVFoundation or Core Image for video/image processing.
• Strong communication skills to work with design stakeholders.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud automation.
• Experience with Python for automation and file processing.
• Knowledge of macOS auto-update frameworks.
• Experience building tools for design production teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship native macOS applications for design production.
• Maintain, fix defects, refactor and rebuilds across projects.
• Prototype new approaches within the stack and test against production needs.
• Build automation and integrations based on production requirements.
• Collaborate with content design stakeholders to translate needs into tools.
