Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience in Manufacturing or Precision Engineering.
• Comfortable with hands-on work using tools and equipment.
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions and SOP.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain Wire-EDM Machines, Milling, Drilling, and Surface Grinding.
• Perform troubleshooting and risk assessments, ensuring safety measures.
• Support various manufacturing processes and participate in EH&S programs.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Set up, operate and maintain Wire-EDM Machines, Milling, Drilling and Surface Grinding.

Perform simple troubleshooting of machines.

Read and follow established procedures and work instructions.

Perform risk assessment and take corrective actions as well as preventive measures.

Maintain day to day 6S lean activities to create a safe work environment.

Work cross functional to support the various manufacturing processes.

Participate in the EH&S programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.

Job Requirements

NITEC in Precision, Tool and Die Making, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Precision Engineering or Machining.

Wirecut CADCAM Knowledge will be added advantage.

Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with the tools and conventional machines and equipment.

Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).
