• Prepare material and tools as stated in the set-up sheet.
• Set up and operate the CNC Milling and Turning machine.
• Checking critical features and dimensions.
• Report on a blunt or broken tool.
• Report on material requires for production at a low level.
• Compliance with ISO 14001 objectives.
• Perform proper maintenance procedures, keeping the machine/tools and workplace clean.
• Higher Nitec/Nitec with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience for those without Higher Nitec/Nitec
• Knowledge of CNC lathe and machining process.
• Knowledge in interpreting drawing.
• Adhere to Environment Health and Safety requirements at the workplace.
