Responsibilities

Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
Monitor line for defective materials and perform any other related work in accordance with line quality.
Cooperate with the maintenance department to ensure the production line works smoothly.
Set up the machines and operate them to meet daily output and quality expectations.
Ensure that there are sufficient raw materials for daily production.
Check machine safety is functioning correctly and report when necessary.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
Document production reports and machine performance.
Clean and sanitize equipment and facilities as required.
Support other departments if needed.
Able to work at night when required.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
Monitor line for defective materials and perform any other related work in accordance with line quality.
Cooperate with the maintenance department to ensure the production line works smoothly and daily productivity.
Set up the machines, operate the machines to meet or exceed daily output target and quality expectation
Ensure that there are sufficient raw materials for daily production usage. If there is shortage, put up the request to Leads for raw materials needed.
Check machine safety is functioning correctly and report whenever necessary.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Document production reports and machine performance.
Clean and sanitize all equipment and facilities as required.
Support the other departments if needed.
Able to work at night when required
