Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Support maintenance of production equipment within your area of responsibility.
• Handle less complex assignments.
• Assist engineers and senior technicians with more complex tasks.
• Resolve simple problems with minimal guidance.
• Perform medium complexity preventive maintenance tasks with some guidance.
• Ensure proper handover and shift pass-down.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and tool calibrations as scheduled, ensuring documentation and stickers are updated.
• Carry out equipment type conversion, fine-tuning, and buy-off before release to production.
• Perform equipment repairs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory.
• Collaborate with senior technicians on equipment upgrades.
• Comply with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standards, and cleanroom protocols.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Material, Electrical, Electronic, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in high-volume, high product mix manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor assembly.
• Dynamic, resourceful, self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of SPC and MSA is preferred.
