About the Role

Kopi Near Me is looking for a hands-on Machine Technical Specialist to keep our standing and tabletop kopi machines running smoothly across Singapore. From installations and routine servicing to troubleshooting and quick fixes, you’ll play a key role in making sure every machine delivers the perfect cup of kopi.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair Kopi Near Me standing and tabletop machines at client sites.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure machines are always in top condition.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues quickly and effectively.
• Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and technical support when needed.
• Keep clear records of servicing, repairs, and parts used.
• Support the sales and operations teams with technical input during deployments.

Requirements
