Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Technician. Key responsibilities include supporting production equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and performing equipment calibrations. Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant engineering field. Prior experience in semi-conductor manufacturing is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of SPC and MSA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support in all production equipment maintenance.
• Resolve simple problems with minimum guidance.
• Perform PM and tool calibrations as per planned.
• Perform type conversion and equipment fine-tuning.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols.

Job description

• Support in all production equipment maintenance in his area of responsibility.

• Resolve simple problems with minimum guidance.

• Perform PM and tool calibrations as per planned and properly updated (both document as well as
  PM/Calibration stickers).

• Perform type conversion including equipment fine-tuning and buy-off before releasing it to production.

• Perform equipment repair and troubleshooting, maintaining it at minimum downtime.

• Assist in maintaining inventory of spare parts.

• Compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standard and cleanroom protocol.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Material / Electrical / Electronic / Chemical Engineering

• Prior experience working in a high-volume and high product mix manufacturing environment in semi-conductor Assembly manufacturing is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates will be considered.

• Basic knowledge of SPC and MSA preferred.
