Job Summary
We’re seeking a versatile Machine Learning Engineer with strong data engineering instincts and a passion for production‑grade AI systems. You’ll play a pivotal role across the AI development lifecycle - from data ingestion to deployment - ensuring our models are reliable, reproducible, and impactful.
About the Team
You’ll join a dynamic, globally‑distributed AI team that applies Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows to our digital solutions. The team’s mission is to translate cutting‑edge AI research into tangible business value.
Key Responsibilities
- LLM/NLP Model Development – Deploy and fine‑tune LLMs for domain‑specific tasks; build evaluation infrastructure and benchmarking pipelines to compare performance across datasets; apply reinforcement learning, knowledge representation, and automated decision‑making to solve end‑to‑end problems.
- Data Infrastructure – Collaborate with Data Scientists to build and own data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, versioning, and labeling; ensure robust, reproducible data loops that power iterative development.
- AI Workflow Design & Orchestration – Orchestrate multiple models to deliver state‑of‑the‑art results; partner with production teams and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into real‑world products; architect multi‑model agentic workflows (e.g., function calling, tool usage, RAG, code interpreters) for production use.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong programming skills in at least one of: C, C++, R, Java, or Python.
- Advanced understanding of LLM and VLM architecture, post‑training methods (fine‑tuning, RL) and evaluation pipelines.
- Experience in data and system engineering for large‑scale model workflows.
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Trae, Gemini CLI, Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
- Experience applying, fine‑tuning, optimizing, and deploying LLMs to industrial‑level real user cases is a plus.
- Passion and aptitude for programming and technology; enthusiasm for analytical and problem‑solving challenges.
- Enterprise‑level project experience with Machine Learning and AI.
- Ability to define and manage project deadlines and balance workloads across a portfolio of projects.
- Effective communication skills to keep stakeholders informed on progress.
- Enthusiastic attitude toward learning and flexibility to adapt to new challenges or changes in direction.
Benefits
- 13‑month annual base salary and performance bonus.
- Flexible hybrid work model.
- Comprehensive personal and family healthcare.
- On‑site wellness and recreation facilities.
- Employee engagement and sustainable activities.
- Family leave for employees.
