Machine Learning Engineer

Role Objective

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our ML & AI team. You will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining scalable AI and machine learning solutions. Working within an agile and DevOps environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and optimize Machine Learning and AI solutions to solve business challenges.
• Create multi-agent systems and enable AI models with function/tool-calling capabilities.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using enterprise data.
• Evaluate, integrate, and optimize AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build and enhance agentic workflows and AI agents for production environments.
• Test and optimize prompts and few-shot examples to improve AI output accuracy, consistency, and safety.
• Evaluate ML and AI model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously improve results.
• Collaborate with platform teams, data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities to ensure solution quality and reliability.

• Good understanding of AI Agents, Agentic AI, LLM orchestration frameworks, and reasoning patterns.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
• Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, statistics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Relevant experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience or knowledge of Agentic AI, RAG, and Generative AI solutions.
