Job summary

EMPLIFI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations & Equipment Support Operator to assist with equipment operation, basic machine monitoring, packing and safety compliance in a hands-on warehouse setting.

You will coordinate with suppliers and technicians, perform daily checks and logs, support workflow improvements, and maintain workplace cleanliness while following safety procedures and Mandarin communication with China-based partners.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak Mandarin to communicate with China-based suppliers and technicians.
• Basic English required for workplace communication and simple records.
• Prior experience in machine operation, production, warehouse, logistics, F&B manufacturing, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with machinery in a hands-on environment.
• Able to follow safety instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Physically fit and able to assist with lifting, packing, and movement of goods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial equipment used in daily operations.
• Assist with equipment start-up, shutdown, cleaning, and daily checks.
• Monitor operating conditions such as pressure, temperature, timing, and output quality.
• Carry out packing, weighing, labeling, and preparation of goods.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers, technicians, and service personnel on maintenance or troubleshooting matters.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers from China when required.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the work area.
• Follow workplace safety procedures when handling machinery, equipment, and goods.
• Support stock movement, loading, unloading, and general warehouse operations.
• Record simple daily operation, equipment, and maintenance logs.
• Assist management in improving workflow, safety, and operational efficiency.
