Job description

What you'll be doing

• Manage the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams including escalations

• Automate and optimize cloud-based workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency

• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot cloud-related issues to ensure high availability and performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud-based solutions

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud-based services and processes

• Provide updates and explanations/reports to non-IT senior stakeholders on cloud-related matters

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, managing and operating Microsoft 365 cloud services

• Strong proficiency in configuring and administering Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams (and alongside other suite of applications)

• Proven experience in developing and implementing cloud-based automation and optimization solutions

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve cloud-related issues

• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Graph API, and PowerShell scripting

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
