Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Engineer to lead Microsoft 365 migration and modern workplace initiatives in a large-scale transformation project in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end migration activities, configure Intune and Autopilot, and automate operations with PowerShell while ensuring seamless user experiences.

The role requires hands-on experience with migration tools and strong knowledge of endpoint management, security baselines and cloud identity.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration or Modern Workplace transformation projects within enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with migration tools.
Advanced experience administering Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, endpoint management, device compliance and configuration policies.
Strong PowerShell scripting skills with experience automating administrative and operational processes.

Responsibilities

Supporting the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Microsoft 365 migration projects.
Performing mailbox, Teams, SharePoint Online migrations and tenant migrations.
Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint Online.
Designing and maintaining modern workplace solutions leveraging Intune, Autopilot and cloud-based endpoint management.
Configuring device compliance policies and provisioning lifecycle management.
Developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
Troubleshooting complex Microsoft 365 and endpoint-related issues.
