About the role

Alphaeus Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced M365 Architect to join our team. As an M365 Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge Microsoft 365 solutions that drive our client's digital transformation. This full-time, on-site position is based in Central Region.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Office 365, Azure, and associated cloud services

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Develop and maintain reference architectures, design patterns, and deployment methodologies

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during implementation and deployment

• Continuously research and evaluate new Microsoft 365 capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation

• Mentor and train junior team members on best practices and emerging technologies

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience as an M365 Architect or a similar role

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, and related services

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns, security, and compliance requirements

• Proven experience in leading complex M365 implementation projects from design to deployment

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions
