Overview

M&E Supervisor (Construction / Up to $3500)

  • Singapore Based (Office at City Hall, Site at Jurong or another site)
  • 5 Days A Week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
  • Salary: $2800 - $3500

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Attend daily subcontractors meetings to discuss M&E issues and help meet the project target schedule.
  • Check site progress and safety compliance of subcontractors and report findings to the immediate superior and safety officer.
  • Ensure subcontractors\' works are in accordance with approved drawings/details; take remedial actions for non-conformance.
  • Conduct daily activity inspections with the project RE or RTO and take actions to clear comments to ensure works are approved for commencement.
  • Keep proper records of inspection forms for future reference and submit as evidence for legal issues arising from unforeseen future defects.
  • Communicate confidently with general workers, subcontractors, and peers; seek guidance from senior site staff when in doubt and respect contractual obligations at all levels.
  • Strive for fast and efficient approvals for all assignments; apply BCA good practices on site.
  • Assist in Environmental Health & Safety programs set by the PM and WSHO to contribute to a safe and clean site.
  • Pursue ongoing training through BCA or equivalent institutions and study cost-saving methods feasible for site usage.
  • Be willing to accept additional work that supports the project team’s activities and cost-saving goals.
  • Provide guidance to new M&E supervisors joining the company to ensure seamless integration with the team and site progress.
