Job summary

GRANDTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site-based M&E coordinator responsible for preparing and submitting shop drawings and materials to consultants for approval, and for coordinating M&E works on site.

You will manage subcontractors, resolve on-site issues related to M&E services, and liaise with authorities for commissioning, ensuring progress and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Passed M&E coordination course.
• Possess at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience in M&E industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
