Job summary

Koyo International Limited in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with M&E/building services experience to perform quantity take-offs, source and evaluate quotations, and manage variation orders. You will liaise closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate cost control.

The ideal candidate holds an ITE/ Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with at least 3 years of QS experience in M&E projects; fresh graduates welcomed to apply.

Qualifications

• ITE/ Diploma /Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of QS experience in M&E/building services projects will be added advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection works
• Good written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
