Job summary

WIDE WINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E quantity surveyor to support costing, tendering, and drawing coordination for Singapore-based projects.

You will perform quantity take-offs, prepare progress claims and variation orders, coordinate with client teams, and ensure drawings comply with local standards while maintaining rigorous records and version control. Proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit is preferred, and you will assist the project team across documentation and site

Qualifications

• Experience in M&E quantity surveying and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with Singapore standards and regulations.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-off and cost estimation for M&E works.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Coordinate drawings with Client teams.
• Revise drawings based on engineer/consultant comments.
• Ensure drawings comply with Singapore standards and authority requirements.
• Maintain drawing records and version control.
• Prepare and update M&E drawings (AutoCAD/Revit).
• Assist project team in coordination and documentation.
• Support site progress tracking and variation claims.
