Oversee and manage M&E projects across various sites, ensuring alignment with project goals, budget, and timeline.
Responsible for site supervision and implementations.
Review and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, including addressing project variations, delays, or unforeseen challenges.
Ensure the implementation of mechanical and electrical installations complies with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Interpret shop drawings, technical specifications, and ensure clear communication with all site personnel and stakeholders.
Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Facilitate collaboration with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and authorities, attending site meetings to track project progress and resolve issues.
Build and maintain positive relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and effective problem resolution.
Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Implement quality control and ensure projects meet all specified requirements.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in managing M&E projects in construction, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
Project Management certifications preferred.
Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction processes, and industry regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
