Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Project management and execution of M&E construction projects.

2. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time.

3. Track project progress, budget, and resources to achieve project goals.

4. Review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards.

5. Identify potential issues or discrepancies in the M&E trade and provide timely solutions.

6. Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to safety and quality standards.

7. Prepare and submit reports, updates, and documentation for the project.

8. Assist in preparing technical proposals, reviewing tender documents for accuracy, and participating in client presentations and meetings for competitive submissions.

9. Ensure M&E design solutions are cost-effective, efficient, and meet all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2. Minimum 10 years of experience in managing M&E projects within the construction industry.

3. Strong knowledge of M&E design and requirements.

4. Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
