A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects. You will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, and financial oversight while coordinating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Chinese and English and have experience in managing construction projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Job Description & Requirements
1. Organize and formulate the overall project plan and construction design, and be fully responsible for management tasks such as production, operation, quality, safety, courtesy, and finance within the project department.
2. Responsible for preparing and implementing various construction plans, progress schedules, and weekly and monthly work arrangements for the entire project.
3. Organize and schedule production factors reasonably, and implement responsibilities related to organization, planning, command, coordination, control, and motivation to achieve project goals regarding quality, safety, courtesy, construction timeline, and efficiency.
4. Request project progress payments from the construction unit promptly, facilitate capital turnover, manage project cost accounting, monitor fund usage, and review expenses.
5. Coordinate and resolve relationships with owners, supervisors, subcontractors, and industry authorities to ensure smooth project progress.
6. Oversee construction site management, ensure the rational use of materials, machinery, and labor, and control project costs.
7. Plan and order materials, finished, and semi-finished products according to project urgency and schedule to maintain construction continuity.
8. Organize completion acceptance and settlement work at each project stage.
9. Address technical issues arising during construction, and coordinate to resolve technical disagreements.
10. Ensure construction complies with drawings and contractual requirements, meet deadlines, and satisfy the owner.
11. Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages.
