Job summary

bang hong electrical & engineering pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to lead mechanical and electrical projects from planning through handover in Singapore. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget control, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

You will plan and oversee project activities, coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients, review drawings, monitor schedules and risks, and ensure compliance with local codes and authority submissions.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of relevant M&E project experience.
Proven track record in project management and site coordination.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with Singapore codes and authority submissions.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee all M&E project activities.
Lead project teams and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitor project schedule, budget, and progress.
Review technical drawings, submissions, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements.
Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover.
