Job summary

SINGCON (M & E) SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to organise, administer and execute project activities on site. You will coordinate with MainCon, Owners and Consultants, plan resources and manpower, and ensure on-time delivery while keeping budgets under control.

The role requires a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, at least 3 years in M&E or construction, and safety certifications. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

Minimum Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years' working experience in M&E works or relevant construction industries.
Possess the relevant safety certifications like SCWSH / BCSS.
Has experience working in building construction.
Ability to coordinate and communicate with relevant site people; excellent time management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinating activities – liaise with MainCon, Owners & Consultants to arrange on-site works.
Planning & Scheduling of Resources and Manpower – ensure schedules and deadlines are met; materials arranged.
Budgeting and Control – monitor and ensure budget and manpower are managed properly.
Control Documentation and Responsiveness – prepare and submit all necessary documentation to project stakeholders.
