Job summary

CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD Singapore Branch is seeking an M&E Coordinator to oversee mechanical and electrical works on construction and facilities projects. You will plan, install, commission, and maintain M&E systems to ensure on-time delivery, budget control, and compliance with standards.

You will review design drawings and schedules, liaise with consultants and contractors, monitor progress, conduct testing and handovers, and maintain quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in M&E coordination for construction or facilities projects.
• Familiar with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all M&E services on construction or refurbishment projects.
• Review and interpret M&E design drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Liaise with design consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate M&E requirements into project plans.
• Monitor progress of M&E installation works and ensure timely completion.
