Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an M&E Assistant Project Engineer to handle site documentation, prepare technical data, and support the project team on site at Pandan Loop. You will ensure schedules align with contract scope and assist during testing and commissioning with subcontractors and consultants.

The role requires a diploma in mechanical engineering, 1–2 years in construction, and familiarity with ACMV systems; bilingual communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 1–2 years working experience in construction.
• ACMV knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit the product catalogue/technical data, shop drawings, method of statements, and O&M to the client.
• Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the management.
• Provide simple daily reports of work status and report to management.
• Responsible for all site matters and all documentation for sites assigned.
• Ensure site work is on schedule and according to the scope of the contract.
• Resolve conflicts and attend site meetings.
• Participate in all testing and commissioning with subcontractors/main contractor and consultants.
• Conduct training to client before project handover.
