M&E Manager (Mechanical Electrical)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all M&E engineering activities, ensuring compliance with design, drawings, and project timelines.
2. Supervise subcontractors and vendors for quality, safety, and contractual adherence.
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to resolve technical issues and integrate M&E systems seamlessly.
4. Plan, schedule, and manage M&E installation and commissioning.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality frameworks (e.g., CONQUAS, QM).
6. Enforce safety regulations and Safe Work Procedures during installation.
7. Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors on M&E concerns.
8. Prepare and submit M&E documentation, reports, and progress updates.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (PE Board-recognized preferred).
2. 8+ years of construction industry experience with strong M&E project management skills and at least two completed projects.
3. Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) certification is a plus.
4. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM, and M&E design tools.
5. Strong knowledge of M&E systems, installation methods, and industry standards.
