M&E Manager

Role Summary:

Experienced in coordinating M&E works, managing site activities, handling variation orders, and ensuring quality and safety standards. Skilled in reviewing subcontractor submissions and brings expertise in A&A and conservation interior design projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the scheduling and coordination of mechanical and electrical systems implementation
2. Oversee on-site activities and maintain close communication with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution
3. Handle change requests from clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and report updates to the Head of Projects or Project Lead
4. Maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle
5. Assess and validate documentation and submissions provided by subcontractors
6. Follow construction protocols and enforce safety guidelines, ensuring work meets quality expectations during inspections and testing

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5–10 years of experience overseeing M&E works in construction
2. Brings along A&A conservation Interior Design experience
